1WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET MY PUP SCHEDULED FOR AN EVALUATION?
It's simple… Just fill out an application. Once we receive your application, we will verify that your pup is up to date on all required vaccines and has been spayed/neutered if over the age of 6 months.
2WHAT VACCINATIONS DO YOU REQUIRE?
Our main focus is the health of all the pups. We require up-to-date flea/tick medication, rabies, DHPP (distemper and parvo), and Bordetella vaccinations (we also highly recommend influenza vaccination). In the case these are not up to date, your pup will not be able to enter for the safety of themselves and the safety of the other pups at our facility. Once you fill out an application, a Club Pups staff member will contact your veterinarian for your pups’ latest records. Bordetella is required every 6 months.
3HOW OLD MUST MY PUP BE TO ENTER CLUB PUPS?
Your pup must be at least 16 weeks old to be enrolled at Club Pups. We also require that you provide documentation of all required vaccines, and that your pup be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. For boarding your pup will be charged $60 a night if over the age of 6 months and not spayed/neutered.
4WHEN CAN I SCHEDULE MY PUPS EVALUATION?
We schedule evaluations on Monday and Wednesday. Call us to schedule an appointment!
5CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE EVALUATION DAY?
At Club Pups, we like to focus on safety and fun for your pup. Our pup evaluation session is free! Also, they are allowed to stay for a full day of play. During this time we will assess your pup to make sure that they not only get along with the other dogs at our daycare, but also to confirm that their visit with us is a blast.
6DO THE DAYCARE PACKAGES EXPIRE?
Heck no! We hate expirations so Club Pup has no expiration dates with our daycare packages (5 and 10 Daycare Package). Feel free to use your doggy daycare visits whenever you'd like - they will never expire!
7IF MY DOG IS INVOLVED IN ALTERCATION OR BITES/INJURES ANOTHER DOG AND CANNOT RETURN DUE TO THEIR BEHAVIOR, CAN I HAVE MY REMAINING DAYS REFUNDED?
Situations happen and life is unpredictable. Our main goal is to ensure the safety of all pups at the facility. While we strive to provide a safe atmosphere for all of our pups, there are times when pups can be unpredictable and lash out at another pup. In the situation this happens and your pup is deemed unsafe, we will refund the remaining visits after veterinary costs are deducted from the remaining balance.
8WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PUP GETS SICK?
Club Pups provides a safe environment extremely serious and go above & beyond any regulations to make sure your pup has the safest and cleanest environment to interact in. Just like your office or place of employment, sometimes someone comes in who is sick. If someone is showing signs and doesn't feel well, then they will typically stay home so that they can feel better and not spread their sickness to others. We ask the same of all of our dog parents here. In the case that your pup comes in sick, we will send them home. Despite our diligence on preventing the spread of any illness, sometimes there are no visible signs of a cold and sick pups can still infect other dogs with their cold. Though rare, this is a risk of interacting your pup with other pups and is not the fault of anyone.
9I AM BOARDING MY PUP AND I AM WONDERING WHAT I NEED TO BRING?
At Club Pups we require that your pups vet records are up to date. All food and medication must be clearly labeled. Food needs to be pre-bagged by meal; any meal not pre-bagged will be charged a fee of $5 per day. We ask that all of your pups’ personal belongings fit in our cubbies with the exception of beds and blankets.
